for normal, small club gigs the band would only need a modest PA system, which should include a mixer having no less than four input channels.
in addition, the guys would know how to put the following items into good use: |
| |
| Arne Hansson, gitar |
| |
not a requirement, but a dedicated power line with it's own adjustable timer switch would be nice for this one...
- a solid case to support his guitar amplifier approximately 16 inches above the floor
- a song microphone complete with stand
|
| |
| Svein Hestad, gitar |
| |
- a solid case to support his guitar amplifier approximately 20 inches above the floor
- an optional spare 0.28 mm guitar string capable of withstanding a 9.13 kp tension
|
| |
| Egil Karlsen, bass |
| |
- a huge, solid case to support his tiny bass amplifier approximately 32 inches above the floor
- alternatively, a working speaker cabinet
- or even better, a proper self-contained bass amplification replacement system
|
| |
| Torstein Kyllevik, trommer |
| |
in case he turns up empty handed, he would need:
- bassdrum
- snaredrum
- hi-hat
- crash cymbal
- something to sit on
- and maybe a stick or two
|
| |
| Jens Laland, vokal |
| |
- a song microphone complete with stand
- one small, elevated monitor mounted on a stand (to be used as a hearing-aid).
- lots of plain cold freshwater without any ice
- an optional, second microphone input line, capable of producing a 1950's type reverberating echo
- sometimes even a pulpit
|

however:
please do not feed any of our musicians while they are playing...
it would be so much more rewarding to save any beer until after the show. thank you! |

+ the band will no longer be in need of any locally provided guitar roadie (i.e. tuning assistant),
as this service is now readily available for us online, right here on the internet.
